Amends Section 33-203, Idaho Code, to revise dual enrollment provisions, allowing nonpublic students (including homeschoolers) to participate in all public school nonacademic activities like sports and clubs without residency restrictions, subject to academic eligibility determined by their primary provider. Permits schools to charge reasonable fees. No state funding impact.
