HB 795: OBSCENE MATERIAL AND LEWD MATTER – Amends existing law to revise the definition of “obscene material” and to revise the definition of “lewd matter.”
Revises definitions of 'obscene material' and 'lewd matter' in Idaho Code sections 18-4101 and 52-103 by removing 'in the context in which it is used' qualifier from serious value exceptions. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
