HB 800: MANUFACTURED HOMES – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding siting of manufactured homes in residential areas.
Revises Idaho Code sections 39-4105 and 67-6509A to update manufactured home definitions, allow single-section homes (400 sq ft min) and multi-section homes (800 sq ft min) in single-family zones, clarify multi-dwelling unit placement, and make technical corrections. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
