HB 811: COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICTS – Amends and adds to existing law to provide for a temporary assessment to fund fire protection and emergency medical services.
Amends Community Infrastructure District Act to clarify county formation authority, revise bond terms and definitions, add automatic bond discharge/district dissolution provisions, and authorize temporary residential fees for fire protection and EMS in districts formed after January 1, 2026.
