Amends Section 33-1006, Idaho Code, to revise the transportation support program by clarifying calculation methods for public charter schools beginning authorized transportation operations. Adds provisions for charter schools starting before July 1, 2009, with low 2010 distributions to base calculations on their first full operations year after 2010.
