HB 838: STATE BUDGET – Amends existing law to provide for the executive budget document to include certain information pertaining to certain recommendations.
Amends Section 67-3507, Idaho Code, to require the executive budget document to include draft legislation and sponsor names for recommendations needing legislative action, plus draft conditions, limitations, and restrictions language. Makes technical corrections and declares an emergency effective July 1, 2026.
