SB 1221: PERSI – Amends existing law to revise a definition regarding who is not considered an employee.
Amends Section 59-1302, Idaho Code, to revise the definition of who is not considered an employee under PERSI by clarifying that seasonal positions with irrigation or drainage entities up to 8 months qualify for exemption, and makes technical corrections including replacing full PERSI name references with acronym.
