SB 1239: SEX OFFENDERS – Amends existing law to revise the definition of “daycare.”
Amends Section 18-8329, Idaho Code, to revise the definition of 'daycare' to include those zoned, permitted, or approved by city or county, extending sex offender residency restrictions. Makes technical corrections to language and declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
