SB 1243: IDAHO ONEPLAN – Amends existing law to remove outdated references to the “Idaho OnePlan.”
Removes outdated references to the obsolete 'Idaho OnePlan' computer system from Idaho Code sections 22-2717 (definitions) and 22-2718 (state soil and water conservation commission). Part of Idaho Code Cleanup Act to streamline obsolete provisions. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
