SB 1254: CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICE ACT – Amends existing law to clarify the existing right of persons licensed to practice chiropractic to prescribe certain prescription drug products.

Clarifies that Idaho chiropractors certified in clinical nutrition may prescribe, obtain, and administer specific prescription vitamins, minerals, fluids, epinephrine, and oxygen during practice. Amends Section 54-716, Idaho Code, with emergency clause effective July 1, 2026.
