Amends and repeals existing Idaho education laws to remove obsolete provisions under the Idaho Code Cleanup Act. Repeals 12 sections related to outdated financial requirements, reporting, contracts, and school funding. Amends sections 33-1002 and 33-3304 to eliminate obsolete language.
