SB 1303: ENERGY RESOURCES FUND – Amends existing law to revise the name of a fund and to revise a definition.
Amends Section 57-1306, Idaho Code, to rename the Renewable Energy Resources Fund to Energy Resources Fund, expand renewable energy definition to include other sustainable sources, authorize legislative appropriations to the fund, and make technical corrections. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
