SB 1304: IRRIGATION – Amends existing law regarding irrigation conduits and rights-of-way.
Amends Idaho Code sections 42-1102, 42-1201-1209, and 18-4308 to strengthen irrigation conduit owners' rights within easements, limit encroachments, clarify maintenance responsibilities, and provide emergency effective date of July 1, 2026.
