SB 1310: HUMAN FETAL TISSUE – Adds to existing law to establish provisions regarding the use of human fetal tissue in products.
Requires explicit labeling of products using human fetal tissue in testing or production, including vaccines and medical products. Imposes strict liability on manufacturers and allows AG enforcement with civil penalties up to $5,000 per violation or 5% of gross revenue.
