SB 1325: MOTOR VEHICLES – Amends and adds to existing law to establish a white and black license plate.
Establishes new white and black specialty license plates for vehicles under 26,000 lbs gross weight. Initial fee $70 ($65 to Idaho law enforcement fund, $5 to highway account); annual renewal $50 ($45 to law enforcement, $5 to highway). Effective July 1, 2026.
