SB 1347: IDAHO HOUSING AND FINANCE ASSOCIATION – Amends existing law to revise provisions regarding reporting requirements for the Idaho Housing and Finance Association.
Amends Section 67-6223, Idaho Code, to require the Idaho Housing and Finance Association to annually report detailed information on federal Continuum of Care (COC) and Emergency Solutions Grant program funds starting July 1, 2026, including recipient/subrecipient data, expenditures, and de-identified outcomes. Reports due to governor/legislature by February 1 each year.
