SB 1350: CASH ROUNDING – Amends and adds to existing law to provide certain provisions regarding cash rounding.
Authorizes sellers to round cash transactions to nearest 5 cents when unable to make exact change due to penny shortage. Adds ICA 63-3643 for rounding rules and amends 67-2361 to clarify rounding not a fee for state agencies. Effective July 1, 2026.
