SB 1355: PROPERTY – Adds to existing law to provide that certain subdivisions of land are exempt from subdivision requirements.
Exempts certain land divisions outside platted subdivisions from subdivision requirements when gifted or sold to immediate family members for housing, business, or agricultural needs, with restrictions on parcel size, ownership duration, and further division.
