Amends Section 33-1004B, Idaho Code, to revise career ladder provisions, adding new rules for superintendents and building-level administrators entering or returning to instructional/pupil service roles to count prior administrative experience toward advancement based on performance evaluations. Declares emergency with retroactive application to July 1, 2021.
