Appropriates additional $25,899,300 to Department of Fish and Game for FY2027 across Administration, Enforcement, Fisheries, Wildlife, and Communications programs from Fish and Game Fund, Other Fund, and Federal Fund sources. Provides reappropriation authority for dedicated and federal fund balances from FY2026. Declares emergency effective July 1, 2026.
