SB 1383: APPROPRIATIONS – DIVISION OF VETERANS SERVICES – Relates to the appropriation to the Division of Veterans Services for fiscal year 2027.
Appropriates additional $963,600 to Division of Veterans Services for FY2027: $743,600 from Veterans Home Endowment Income Fund and $220,000 from Federal Grant Fund for operating expenditures and capital outlay. Reduces Federal Grant Fund operating appropriation by $51,000. Provides reappropriation authority for unexpended FY2026 Federal Grant balances for veterans home projects. Emergency clause effective July 1, 2026.
